Terms for Using the Store Credit :
1) Conversion ratio would be HK$1 = 1 Store Credit ;
2）Payment by Store Credit will not be counted under cumulative spending in which all other forms of payment will be counted;
3）Amount of store credit conversion is up to your choice. Unutilized store credit will be retained in your membership account for further consumption in the future until store credit expiry ;
4）Validity of the store credit will be 90 days ;
5）Store credit cannot be converted back to cash nor extended the validity ;
6）Any Store Credit transfer into your membership account will be notified by email ;
7）For any purchase under Store Credit, refund will be under the form of Store Credit. Validity will be 90 days from the purchase of Store Credit ;
8）Only the net actual purchase amount (net of deducting the Store Credit from gross purchase amount) will be considered for the free complementary delivery service ;
9）In addition, Store Credit cannot be used to set-off of the shipping cost ;
10) No validity extension will be offered to the store credit. Please consumed all store credit amount before its expiry ;
11) LOVE VINTAGE LIMITED reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or terminate this activity at any time.
