The teams and conditions apply to the purchase on the LOVE VINTAGE LIMITED website. You confirm that you have read and agreed to the items and conditions.

I. Before your purchase, you are recommended to read through the terms and conditions carefully. By confirming the order and payment, you are deemed to have read and understood on the terms and conditions.

II. The information and pictures on this page are for reference only, and the actual product should be considered as final.

III. This website is maintained by the services provider Shopline. When you connect to this website, connectivity may be interrupted or website malfunction due to external factors. The company recommends that you download the latest computer software, such as web plug-ins, anti-virus software, etc., to ensure that you can browse this website smoothly.

2. Price and payment methods

I. The company reserves the right to change the prices at any time without prior notice.

II. Subject to its terms and conditions of our appointed third-party payment platforms, your credit card information will be collected, processed or retained by the third-party payment platforms. The risk of loss and third-party liability has to be borne by you when you are diverted to the third-party payment platforms. Our company is not responsible for the content or services provided by the third-party payment platforms.

III. If you encounter problems during payment, please contact the third-party platform directly. Please carefully read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party payment platforms before the payment. If you click to confirm the payment, you agreed to abide by the aforementioned terms and conditions and privacy policies.

3. Delivery Services

I. The delivery service is provided by designated service provider. Please carefully inspect the goods upon receipt. If there is any damage, please refuse to accept.

II. For net purchase over HK$500, free delivery will be arranged to SF Express Station or our company delivery team and smart cabinet pick-up/Residential and industrial/commercial buildings (customer has to bear the additional charge for delivery to remote area)/Hong Kong region.

III. For net purchase over HK$700, free delivery will be arranged to Macau, Malaysia and Singapore region(customer has to bear their local tax incurred). For other countries, customer has to bear the shipping cost.

IV. For Taiwan customers, delivery will be arranged by SF Express "Cash on Delivery”.

V.  If net purchase amount (after deduction of Store Credit) cannot fulfill the free delivery requirement (i.e. HK-HK$500/Macau, Malaysia and Singapore-HK$700), customer has to bear the shipping cost incurred.

4. Return and Exchange of Products

I. fill in the return and exchange form according to the purchase order information and send it back together with the goods to our company for processing.

II. The returned goods must be kept in their original condition to ensure that all packaging is intact and does not affect the goods for resale. That means to keep the goods clean, unworn or unused, and placed in an undamaged package box.

III. All returned goods must be sent back by our designated courier ─ SF Express. (For Malaysia and Singapore customers, please contact our customer service staff to arrange).

IV. Except the problem of product quality, customers are responsible for the transportation costs of returning the products.

V. If there is any quality problems or incompleteness of the goods, please send the photos to our FACEBOOK INBOX or WHATSAPP to +852 34212266 within 48 hours after receiving the goods. Please return the goods after our message reply and confirmation.

VI. Please return the goods within 14 days after receipt of goods (subject to the date of acknowledge receipt). Please provide the SF Express waybill/tracking number for us to trace the shipment. * For Malaysia and Singapore customers, please contact our customer service staff to arrange.

VII. Once the returned goods is inspected and confirmed, refund amount will be credited into designated bank account within 30 days or refund Store Credit into customer's account of our website within 3 days.

VIII. If customer would like to refund via banks other than Bank of China and HSBC,  our company will arrange refund by e-cheque.

IX. Goods returned beyond the deadline will not be accepted, and our company will return the goods by way of “Cash on Delivery”.

X. there are any quality problems or special circumstances that need to extend the return and exchange period, we will have special arrangement if proof can be provided.

The company reserves the right of final interpretation of all content, terms and conditions, privacy clauses or other texts issued by the company on this webpage. The company reserves the right to correct, change and revise these terms and conditions at any time.
